Managing Director

Radu Popescu-Zeletin is the founder and Managing Director of ICAM. He advises government agencies and corporations on the development and application of innovative ICT and helps companies and start-ups evaluate ICT and ICT investment opportunities. Until recently he was the founder and Director of the Fraunhofer Institute for Open Communication Systems (FOKUS) in Berlin and computer science professor at the Technical University Berlin. Radu graduated from the Polytechnical Institute Bucharest, Romania, got his Ph.D. from the University of Bremen, and his habilitation from the Technical University Berlin. He is Senior Member of IEEE, Doctor honoris causa of the Polytechnical Institute Bucharest, Romania and Professor honoris causa of the Catholic University of Campinas, Brazil. Radu has published a number of papers and books on network technologies, distributed computing systems and applications and was active in standardization committees contributing towards the development of telecommunication standards. Director (projects)

Eric S. Mordoh, has been working together with ICAM as a senior consultant on digitisation projects form many years. Eric has lived and worked in Germany, Switzerland, Austria, France and Greece. He was born in Athens, obtained a degree in Electrical Engineering from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Zurich (MSc. ETH) and an MBA from INSEAD. As a management consultant and interim manager, he helped international companies to optimise their business processes and organisation by implementing major change programmes. He has a broad experience in a variety of industries, including Public Utilities, Aerospace & Defence, FMCG and ICT. Eric is fluent in German, English, French and Greek.
